Description

Build an end-to-end product consisting of a mobile application and a backend-as-a-service on the Firebase platform. You will own the Flutter (mobile) portion, collaborate in Agile teams, and work with CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic. The role includes client communication, mentoring through code reviews, and continuous evaluation of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the mobile application using Flutter
• Collaborate with Agile teams (Product Owners, QAs, Web and Mobile developers, Designers)
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic
• Suggest technical solutions aligned with client/business needs
• Mentor and support developers through knowledge sharing and code reviews
• Contribute to improving development processes
• Evaluate new technologies and follow industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter experience
• Strong, in-depth knowledge of Dart
• Commercial experience with NoSQL databases and Firebase (Firestore, Security Rules)
• Ability to build Firebase Cloud Functions using TypeScript
• Experience writing tests with Flutter test libraries (unit, integration, golden tests)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills, including direct client communication and openness to feedback
• Fluency in English and Polish (at least B2/C1)
