Description

You will design, develop, and optimize a new generation multi-platform mobile application built with Flutter and Dart, used by hundreds of thousands of active users each year. The project combines Flutter development with deep integration to native Android modules (Kotlin) for communication with peripheral devices. You’ll also implement UI/UX from Figma, apply Clean Architecture and state-management patterns, and support testing and release automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize mobile app performance based on Flutter and Dart
• Integrate with the native Android ecosystem (Kotlin / Android SDK) using Platform Channels / Method Channels
• Implement consistent UI/UX based on Figma mockups; create custom widgets and animations
• Design mobile app architecture following Clean Architecture principles and design patterns
• Manage application state using BLoC and Riverpod
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests (Flutter Test, Mocktail/Mockito)
• Optimize CI/CD for mobile releases (Fastlane, Bitrise / GitHub Actions) and publish to Google Play Store

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of mobile development experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial Flutter experience
• Very strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter
• Solid native Android fundamentals (Kotlin / Android SDK)
• Experience with Clean Architecture and/or MVVM and state management (BLoC / Riverpod)
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and local data storage (Hive, SQLite, Isar)
• Ability to focus on high performance (memory profiling, optimizing frames per second)
• English knowledge at least B2 for daily communication with an international team
