Description

Own high-volume, repetitive shop-floor data flows across global manufacturing plant networks. Manage large, repetitive ServU Gateway / PCS Gateway plant-to-SAP file-transfer patterns across dozens of sites, using templating and automation to reduce per-interface build effort while ensuring secure, rapid, and standardized rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) architecture for plant-to-SAP file transfers via ServU Gateway and PCS Gateway across dozens of manufacturing sites
• Develop reusable integration templates, automated deployment scripts, and configuration frameworks to compress per-interface build effort for repetitive file-transfer patterns
• Use AI-powered code generation tools and automated templating assistants to rapidly produce, test, and validate standardized SFTP/FTPS integration flows
• Configure file-polling, file-transformation, and routing services in webMethods Integration Server to connect local plant storage with central enterprise hubs
• Set up and monitor batch job schedules, automated file archiving, error-handling routines, and reconciliation logs for high-volume file transfers
• Perform unit testing, support wave-level SIT/UAT, and provide operational support during plant cutover rehearsals and go-live execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience configuring and securing SFTP/FTPS, ServU Gateway, PCS Gateway, and enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Proven ability to build reusable integration templates and automation scripts to scale repetitive interface patterns across multiple manufacturing sites
• Practical development experience using webMethods Integration Server for file handling, transformation, and batch processing
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell, plus experience with flat-file transformations (CSV, XML, fixed-width)
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools, automated test scripts, and intelligent file-monitoring platforms

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MES, plant labeling tools, and ERP inventory/warehouse file interfaces
• Experience on M&A IT carve-outs, data center exits, or large-scale plant separation programs
• webMethods or cloud network security certifications
