Description

Lead systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products, emphasizing baseband algorithms and development of wireless technologies such as signal processing and multi-antenna systems. Design, optimize, and validate physical layer (L1) and radio resource management (RRM) algorithms, and perform link-level and network-level studies to improve 5G/6G network performance and efficiency. Influence technical direction and standards, and deliver requirements and architecture artifacts that accelerate product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead systemization by defining system requirements, driving feature development, and aligning technical roadmaps

• Design, optimize, and validate L1 and RRM algorithms for digital signal processing, MIMO, and beamforming

• Conduct advanced link-level and network-level system studies for wireless performance and efficiency

• Develop and refine software simulations and tools (link- and network-level)

• Collaborate globally with engineering, product, and standards teams for system integration and high-impact features

• Contribute to 5G/6G standards definition and provide mentoring/guidance in cross-team forums

• Deliver systemization artifacts such as requirements and architectures

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wireless systems engineering focused on 5G/6G and RAN systemization

• Deep expertise in communications theory, digital signal processing, MIMO, and beamforming

• Strong experience with simulation environments and tools for link- and network-level evaluation

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a record of system-level improvements impacting KPIs

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship across cross-functional and distributed teams

• Proficiency in one or more of Java, MATLAB, C/C++, or Python

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
