Description

• Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues related to application operation.
• Create SQL queries for database reporting and perform manual data interventions.
• Handle Jira tickets in a second-line support (service desk) role.
• Report and implement changes in IT systems, including optimization and bug fixes.
• Participate in testing and deployment of planned solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments and continuously improve technical and business process knowledge.

Requirements

• Knowledge of relational databases, including SQL for selecting data and modifying data in the database.
• Programming knowledge at a level that enables analysis of code.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively cooperate and communicate with employees from other units.
• Availability for work hours 7:00–15:00 and 10:00–18:00 on agreed days of the week.
• Willingness to work full-time.
