Description

Design and deliver reference AI architectures and integration principles that enable secure and scalable AI usage across enterprise systems. Build and validate functional reference solutions (e.g., AI agent components and MCP servers) and define how AI will be integrated into systems, applications, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design reference architectures for AI applications, agent systems, and their integration into the corporate environment
• Define reusable technical principles and integration patterns for AI solutions
• Create and validate reference implementations (e.g., MCP servers, plugins, integration services)
• Design an AI gateway: access management, model routing, monitoring, and cost tracking
• Ensure secure AI integration with internal applications, data, and enterprise systems
• Evaluate suitability of AI models, platforms, and vendors based on quality, cost, security, and operational risks
• Collaborate with development teams on designing and introducing AI solutions
• Prepare architecture decisions and submit them via Architecture & Standards governance
• Work with Cybersecurity on security requirements and with Enterprise Platforms on integration and future operations
• Document architecture, technical standards, and recommended practices for other teams

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and implementing software or platform solutions; ability to validate proposals in code
• Hands-on experience developing AI/LLM solutions beyond simple demos or prototypes
• Knowledge of integration principles, APIs, and connecting applications to external tools and systems
• Practical experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, and authorization
• Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, and automated deployment
• Understanding of AI security: permissions, data protection, and risks of agentic systems
• Ability to assess technical alternatives by cost, risk, and long-term maintainability
• Ability to clearly document architectural decisions and explain them to technical teams
• Independence in solving complex problems and ownership of the proposed solution
• Very good Czech and working English for collaboration in an international environment
