Description

Lead selected AI “lighthouse” initiatives end-to-end—from defining requirements and building solutions with AI coding agents to testing, code review, and delivery handover. You will evaluate when AI truly improves speed, quality, cost, and delivery efficiency, and set up secure, high-quality AI-assisted development practices for broader rollout. You will also mentor and support teams so others can adopt effective workflows.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead AI lighthouse initiatives from requirements through development and testing to solution handover
• Work with product owners and business stakeholders to define goals, scope, and measurable success criteria
• Actively develop using AI coding agents and other automation tools
• Design and implement solutions combining classic development, automation, and AI tools
• Set up and verify processes for safe and high-quality AI-assisted development
• Ensure testing, code review, quality control, and traceability of AI-assisted changes
• For modernization efforts: verify current application behavior and prepare tests to preserve required functionality
• Evaluate the impact of AI on development speed, result quality, cost, and delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with development and product teams to roll proven practices into daily work
• Prepare technical documentation, recommended practices, and handover materials for other teams
• Share experience and mentor developers to increase their independence when using AI tools
• Collaborate with the AI Architect, Architecture & Standards, and Cybersecurity on technical and security requirements

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and technical leadership of software delivery
• Practical experience using AI coding agents in real development
• Ability to independently program, design solutions, and perform code reviews
• Experience with software testing, automated tests, CI/CD, and code quality assurance
• Ability to assess when AI accelerates development and when it increases cost or risk
• Experience designing and implementing technical changes in existing applications
• Ability to break down complex tasks into steps, set priorities, and deliver outcomes
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements
• Independence and responsibility for delivery quality, including proactive risk identification
• Very good Czech and working English for international collaboration
