Description

You will deliver IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for customers, including commissioning IT workstations and mobile devices. The job also covers client service tasks, support for PC and user lifecycle management, participation in IT rollout projects, and network support with patching.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMAC service activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)

• Commission IT workstations and mobile devices (hardware and software)

• Provide client service tasks

• Support PC and user lifecycle management activities

• Assist with IT rollout projects

• Support networks and perform patching

Requirements

• Completed IT education (e.g., Fachinformatiker/System Integration) or comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge and experience with client hardware, operating systems, and IT service/support

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MECM experience is a plus; iOS/iPhone experience is a plus)

• Ideally manufacturer certifications (e.g., HPE, Fujitsu, Dell)

• Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style with strong responsibility

• Team-oriented, strong communicator, confident with internal and external stakeholders

• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
