Description

You will help maintain and evolve customers’ Azure environments so they remain reliable, secure, and manageable. The work combines Azure administration with monitoring, troubleshooting, and translating customer requirements into implementable solutions. You’ll automate recurring operational tasks using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Bash, and work across networking and AKS/containerized applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customers’ Microsoft Azure environments

• Configure and operate individual Azure resources

• Analyze customer technical requirements and turn them into realizable solutions

• Prepare technical designs and implementation specifications

• Automate administrative tasks with Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Bash

• Work with Azure networking and application publishing to the internet

• Support AKS and containerized applications

• Monitor the environment and resolve issues using cloud-native tools

• Handle customer requests through ticketing

• Work with certificates and related configurations

• Navigate related database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Maintain documentation usable by others

• Track changes in Azure services and continuously update technical knowledge

Requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure administration

• Solid orientation in networking and internet application publishing principles

• Experience or practical knowledge of containerization and AKS

• Ability to script using a relevant mix of Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Bash

• Basic orientation in SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Knowledge of certificates

• Ability to troubleshoot and bring problems to resolution

• Ability to communicate technical topics with customers

• English proficiency for technical documentation and day-to-day work
