Description

You will maintain and further develop a native Android app used by warehouse staff on industrial barcode-scanning terminals. The app integrates with ABRA Aiva ERP via REST API, and you’ll gradually modernize older code from Java to Kotlin. You may also get involved in future development of the ABRA Aiva web frontend.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features based on customer needs and fix bugs

• Provide support for new terminals and Android versions

• Gradually modernize legacy code (Java → Kotlin)

• Collaborate with colleagues supporting the server part of ABRA Aiva

• In the future, contribute to the ABRA Aiva web frontend

Requirements

• Practice with native Android development in Kotlin

• Ability to navigate and debug older code in Java

• Knowledge of Android SDK

• Understanding of client application development principles (architecture, layer separation, state management) for mobile or web

• Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous programming

• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, including working with AI tools

• Czech/Slovak language knowledge at native level
