Description

You will help build a brand-new software system for the manufacturing station that loads firmware into routers and verifies functionality before the devices go to customers. The job includes designing the software architecture, writing Python code, proposing manufacturing test strategies, integrating with databases, and supporting deployment on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Design the software architecture

• Write code in Python

• Invent ways to test devices during production

• Integrate the software with databases

• Participate in deployment in manufacturing

• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python

• Ability to work independently on a larger, long-term project

• Knowledge of Linux and embedded software

• Basic knowledge of SQL (advantage)

• Insight into hardware operation (advantage)

• Experience with Agile development (advantage)

• Ability to read technical documentation in English

• Good communication with colleagues from different teams
