Description

Travel Physical Therapist opportunity in a skilled nursing facility with a SNF/rehab patient population. The role is guaranteed 35 hours per week and requires meeting an 85% productivity standard. Compensation includes an hourly taxable wage, with potential non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems (subject to GSA guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in the skilled nursing facility setting
• Deliver rehab-focused care for the SNF patient population
• Maintain required productivity levels and complete documentation

Requirements

• Must meet licensure/credentialing requirements for the assignment
• Experience working with SNF and rehab patient populations
• Ability to meet an 85% productivity requirement
