Description

You will design and perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications. Work closely with developers and the product team to maximize meaningful test coverage, ensure features and bug fixes meet requirements, and contribute to release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Test predominantly web applications across frontend and backend layers for multiple user groups
• Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites to maximize meaningful coverage
• Perform manual regression and exploratory testing when automation is not efficient or feasible
• Define testing strategies and create test scenarios and plans based on common use cases and user flows
• Test new features and bug fixes to ensure functional/technical requirements are met without side effects
• Take ownership of overall test quality and support release readiness
• Document, analyze, and clearly communicate bugs and errors
• Proactively identify product risks, test coverage gaps, and opportunities to improve product and QA processes
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other teams across the organization

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Solid manual testing knowledge and ability to apply it effectively
• Experience testing web applications across frontend and backend layers; mobile testing experience is a plus
• Understanding of core principles of how web applications work
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and coverage gaps
• Structured, well-organized, detail-oriented, and curious
• Takes ownership of quality and outcomes
• Can work independently and contribute to shared QA standards
• Clear communication skills with English at B1 or higher
• Willingness to learn and evolve testing practices with the team
