Description

You will design, develop, and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems, working closely with hardware and systems engineers to integrate software solutions. The role emphasizes compliance with aviation standards and safety-critical software development practices, along with rigorous testing and verification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers and other cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into avionics systems
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, including DO-178C, and safety-critical software development practices
• Conduct software testing, validation, and verification to meet aerospace requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science and 4+ years of specific experience
• Proven embedded software development experience for avionics or aerospace applications
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and/or Ada, and experience with real-time operating systems
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and deep learning techniques
• Familiarity with avionics standards such as ARINC 653 and DO-178C, and with safety-critical software development
