Description

You will be responsible for controlling tasks with a strong focus on reporting, cost center accounting, and business analyses in an industrial environment, using SAP CO and Excel. The role includes recurring and ad-hoc reporting, planned vs. actual (Soll-Ist) comparisons, variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast, and monitoring key financial and production KPIs. You will also support budgeting and forecasting and provide decision-ready inputs for management.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, cost center accounting, and other evaluations related to business performance

• Create and continuously improve recurring reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and planned vs. actual comparisons

• Perform and analyze cost center accounting and support causation-based cost allocation

• Product costing, business analysis, and profitability/economic feasibility calculations

• Contribute to preparing and analyzing the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement

• Analyze and comment on variances between actual, budget, and forecast; derive relevant actions

• Prepare, present, and continuously monitor key financial and production KPIs (quality, productivity, costs)

• Support budgeting and forecast processes

• Develop well-founded decision support for management and departmental leaders
