Electrophysiology Physician (Locum Tenens)

Quick Facts

• Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm, 2 weeks per month; no call and no holidays
• Outpatient practice with EP labs and hybrid OR available
• Patient volume: 12 patients on clinic days; 3–4 patients on lab days
• Work split: ~60–70% clinic, 30–40% procedures
• Minimum 6-month commitment
• Procedures: AFib ablations and general EP procedures (no VT, PVC, or extractions)
• EMR: Epic

Description

Locum tenens Electrophysiology coverage is needed for an outpatient clinic in Minnesota starting soon. The role is Monday–Friday with no call and a long-term ongoing commitment. You will support EP clinic and lab activity using Epic EMR, focusing on AFib ablations and general EP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide EP outpatient clinic care
• Perform EP lab procedures within scope (AFib ablations and general EP procedures)
• Follow the clinic/procedural schedule (60–70% clinic, 30–40% procedures)

Requirements

• Minimum 6-month commitment
• Electrophysiology experience aligned to AFib ablations and general EP procedures
