Description

Locum tenens Gastroenterology coverage is needed for inpatient call-only rounding and procedures in Washington, Missouri. The schedule includes 24-hour call shifts with beeper call and a 30-minute response time. Procedures required include upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, liver biopsy, PEG, esophageal dilatation, Sengstaken/Blakemore tube, small bowel biopsy, and esophageal manometry interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient call-only coverage
• Round on assigned patients
• Perform required GI procedures
