Description

You’ll support a VMware Exit infrastructure transformation by migrating environments to the Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, Red Hat Linux administration and patch management via Red Hat Satellite, and automation including AI-driven self-healing. Work is carried out in an international team using the SAFe Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CI/CD automation

• Migrate VMware environments to GCE

• Administer Red Hat Linux environments

• Develop automation using Ansible

• Manage patching through Red Hat Satellite

• Create scripts in Bash and Python (or Perl)

• Document technical solutions and troubleshoot production environment issues

• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to develop AI-supported automation

Requirements (Must have)

• Linux / Red Hat Satellite

• Ansible

• Bash and Python / Perl

• Experience administering Linux/Red Hat and managing patching with Red Hat Satellite

• Experience creating and developing Ansible automation

• Experience writing Bash scripts and Python or Perl

Nice to have

• VMware experience

• Windows administration experience
