Description

Travel Physical Therapist opportunity for a facility in Illinois. You will provide physical therapy services on a days shift for 40 hours per week, beginning soon.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy care to patients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapist experience

• Valid state driver’s license

• BLS/CPR certification

• Active PT license or ATT letter with testing scheduled
