Description

Join an established and growing outpatient rheumatology practice to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team and support an established rheumatology group. On-site diagnostic support (X-ray and ultrasound) and a structured schedule are included.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatologic care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Build strong relationships with referring providers
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO (or equivalent medical degree recognized by the North Carolina Medical Board)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship
• Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills
