Job description

🔥 We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Architect to customize and scale our Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team. 🔥

Salesforce is already implemented, but it now requires immediate customization and a Day-1 integration with NetSuite. You’ll work directly with the client, gather requirements, iterate quickly, and be open to feedback.

🟪 Key responsibilities:

  • Design and improve Salesforce architecture

  • Customize Salesforce to support quoting and pricing

  • Configure and manage Salesforce workflows

  • Work directly with the client, gather requirements, and respond to feedback

  • Design and implement a one-way integration from NetSuite to Salesforce

  • Ensure Salesforce has accurate Products and Pricebooks available from day one

  • Build scalable, maintainable solutions ready for production use

🟪 Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer / Architect

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows

  • Salesforce Products & Pricebooks expertise:

    • Ability to map ERP pricing structures into Salesforce

    • Understanding of Standard Price vs Custom Pricebooks

  • One-Way Sync / ETL / Middleware experience:

    • Ability to set up scheduled jobs (hourly / nightly)

    • Syncing Products (SKU) from NetSuite → Salesforce

  • Clear understanding of master–slave data ownership

    • NetSuite as the source of truth

    • Salesforce as the consumer

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (NetSuite experience is a big plus)

  • Very good English (B2+ or higher) — client-facing role

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

  • Availability during flexible hours (not strict 9–5; overlap ~12:00–20:00 CET)
