Job description
Join MindPal’s internal HR team for a 3-month internship and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and people operations – all in the heart of the tech industry. You’ll help us grow our engineering teams and shape a culture that attracts top talent.
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process (job ads, sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Assisting in creating talent pipelines and building relationships with candidates
Helping with onboarding processes and internal HR documentation
Participating in employer branding efforts (LinkedIn, blog, social media)
Supporting team leads with HR administration and process improvements
Collaborating with developers, project managers, and founders – you’ll be close to the business
Interest in HR, recruitment, or psychology (experience is a plus, not a must)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Organizational mindset – attention to detail really matters
Curiosity about the IT/tech industry and eagerness to learn its language
Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
Availability to work on-site in Gliwice
Real-life experience with IT recruitment and HR tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Slack, Airtable)
Insight into how a tech company actually works – from code to culture
