🔥 Golang Developer Wanted – Help Reinvent DevOps Monitoring!

Hey, are you a backend enthusiast with a knack for clean architecture? Join us in building the next generation of monitoring tools — and give DevOps teams the clarity they deserve.

Step into a role where you’ll simplify complexity, model smart systems, and code with purpose — all within a fast-moving product startup.

🟪 What You’ll Tackle:

  • Backend Development: Design and develop scalable systems using Golang — performance, clarity, and simplicity are key.

  • Systems Modeling: Create and maintain detailed UML diagrams to align development with design — clarity before code.

  • Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code; embrace design patterns and Go best practices.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver intuitive and actionable solutions.

  • Proactive Engineering: Contribute to a platform that offers instant diagnostics, smart alerting, and unified observability.

🟪 Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Golang and backend systems architecture

  • Experience with UML or similar modeling techniques

  • Educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields

  • Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML-focused development (e.g., integrating models, handling ML pipelines, etc.)

  • Good command of English — communication with the client and the team is fully in English (client speaks clear and understandable English)

  • Experience working in AWS environments

🟪 Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or other monitoring tools

  • Familiarity with Next.js (nice to understand frontend side when needed)

  • Experience working in high-scale, production environments

  • Interest in streamlining developer experiences and DevOps culture

  • Contributions to open source or personal backend projects you’re proud of

🟪 About the Project:

We've been where you're sitting. On-call. Flooded with alerts. Drowning in dashboards during a critical outage.

That’s why we’re building tools that:

  • Provide one view of everything

  • Offer proactive insights into emerging risks

  • Deliver instant diagnostics and remediation

  • Focus only on actionable alerts

We’re on a mission to simplify the lives of DevOps teams — and we want you to help us make it happen.
