Role Description 
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Silesia, Poland. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for MindPal’s AI automation solutions. Daily tasks include researching target accounts, building prospect lists, and conducting outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage potential customers. The role involves qualifying inbound leads, scheduling discovery meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support campaigns that drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing prospecting activities and building a robust pipeline.

  • Demonstrated ability in Sales and Business Development, including qualifying opportunities and supporting the sales cycle.

  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way.

  • Comfort working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to track activities and outcomes.

  • High level of initiative, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience or strong interest in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions is highly beneficial.

  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Polish or other European languages is an advantage.

  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
