Where and how you can work Ravenswood is the home to our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. We take pride in having a friendly, open office life that is relaxed and honest. We truly want you to come to work as your whole self. As a flexible-first organization, this role requires the Customer Success Director to be onsite at the office two-three days a week.
What you'd be doing in this role
As a Client Success Director, you'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, making sure they get the most out of our platform and see a strong return on investment. You'll also encourage them to advocate for us, both by expanding their accounts and through referrals. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring you understand their needs, stay in regular communication, and involve the right internal experts when necessary.
Your success will be measured by high customer retention, account growth, and positive feedback, such as testimonials and referrals. Building long-term relationships will be key to thriving in this role at Nextpoint.
