About the Role:

Beyond Finance is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Houston office Facilities Department. The ideal candidate can support multiple areas of the company and be an in-office presence for team members. Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and is experienced to be a part of a dynamic office staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Notify appropriate staff when visitors arrive
  • Receive mail and packages
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Assist with meeting room bookings
  • Assist the Office Manager and Sales Director with general and administrative tasks
  • Assist with coordination of interviews
  • Support with office meetings and group events
  • Support with recruitment initiatives, scheduling, and networking events.
  • Requires in office support 5 days per week (M-F)

  • Office management experience, particularly in a busy and entrepreneurial environment 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and events simultaneously
  • Proficient with Slack and Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail
