Job Description
As the TA Business Partner for our salaried Ops, Supply Chain and Procurement organizations, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruiting strategies, delivering diverse and high-quality talent pools, and building pipelines for the future for critical salaried positions within the network, including manufacturing and HQ based positions.
Reporting to the Director of North America Talent Acquisition for these functions and organizations, you will work alongside a team of skilled TABPs to support business growth plans and our long-term business strategy. You will be trusted to own the recruiting process and experience with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners from end-to-end, to ensure attainment of best-in-class performance metrics and indicators, and to land amazing talent that will elevate the company in the future.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities / What's on the Menu:• Create and drive comprehensive recruiting strategies based on needs of each part of the organization, delivering diverse and high-quality talent• Build pipelines and talent pools to ensure a robust flow of talent for future recruiting needs• Deliver performance aligned with best-in-class performance metrics and measures, including those focusing on speed of filled positions, quality of candidates, and the recruitment journey experience of both hiring managers and candidates• Architect and implement talent acquisition strategies• Perform full lifecycle recruiting and oversee candidate identification, outreach, negotiation, and offer execution for active and future talent• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process• Influence by providing informative market data and intelligence that support growth-oriented recruiting and hiring decisions• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including partnerships, job boards, social media, professional networks, agencies and search firms, and direct outreach.• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, integrating innovative approaches into the recruitment process.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in our applicant tracking system.

• I believe in an Ownership culture that is focused on growth, development, and impact• I have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional (or highly related role / roles) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with expertise in TA platforms and systems, • I can demonstrate strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and employment laws and regulations• I am results oriented with a keen eye for diverse and high-quality talent and I like to "get things done" alongside a high-performing team• I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and am committed to providing best-in-class stakeholder and client management with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners• I have both French and English language business level proficiency• I have exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.• I have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract and retain top talent.• I am willing to travel up to 20% to support other plant locations• I am able to perform sedentary work: occasionally exerting 0-10 lbs. of force, limited movement from my workstation for brief periods of time
