IT Support Specialist

Mid • On-site

$70 - $80/

Wrocław, Poland

Location: Provide 100% onsite IT support across three designated Wrocław sites, following a fixed weekly schedule (three days at the main site and one day each at two other sites)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute time-critical support of industrial IT solutions

  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and respond to incidents

  • Install and configure client systems including hardware, software, applications, printers, and peripherals

  • Install, configure, and support specialized barcode printers and handheld barcode scanning devices

  • Support mobile devices (Android and iOS)

  • Collaborate with global support teams to resolve infrastructure and end-user problems using all available resources

  • Manage local infrastructure solutions under delegated authority from global operations

  • Handle incident and request management in line with ITIL processes

  • Maintain clear communication with end-users and set appropriate expectations

  • Assist PC users in utilizing applications to solve business problems

  • Document solutions for the knowledge base

  • Participate in global projects impacting local operations

  • Other duties as assigned by DPO and Manager

 

Requirements:

 

  • Mid-level experience with strong independence and responsibility

  • English language proficiency

  • Experience working with global support teams

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and ability to log into Windows Server

  • Basic understanding of printers and mobile device support (Android, Apple)

  • Familiarity with SCCM and Microsoft Active Directory environment

  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, device inventory)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to configure and install computers, mobile devices, printers, and scanners

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive

  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, request)

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Office 365 experience

  • Knowledge of GPO and advanced Active Directory concepts
