We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia.You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role - mentoring mid-level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

Requirements:

Min +5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer
Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations
Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
Openness to occasional travel
Availability to work full-time

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations
Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.
Integrate Guidewire with external systems
Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)
