Data Science / AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Science / AI Engineer to work at the intersection of data science, data engineering, AI engineering, and operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with delivery operations and cross-functional stakeholders to design technical solutions that improve data pipelines, ensure quality, and unlock complex projects through innovation.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full presales-to-delivery lifecycle, is hands-on in solving complex, multi-dimensional problems, and excels as a technical communicator and team player.

🔧 What You Will Do

Client Discovery & Presales

• Support sales teams in scoping projects and assessing technical feasibility

• Prepare technical demos, specifications, and sample datasets

• Define success metrics and establish baseline evaluation frameworks

Project Delivery

• Build and maintain data pipelines and quality measurement systems

• Generate and augment synthetic datasets to accelerate client workflows

• Deliver production-ready datasets with clear documentation and QA standards

Technical Partnership & Innovation

• Define production workflows and support smooth client implementations

• Troubleshoot technical issues and unblock delivery teams

• Continuously improve tools, processes, and evaluation methods

• Identify opportunities to extend or expand client engagements

🎯 Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in data science or data engineering roles

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

• Experience with data tools such as pandas, Plotly, Streamlit, Dash

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploying ML into production

• Experience working with APIs and interpreting technical documentation

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
