We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of software systems, contributing both hands-on testing expertise and test leadership in smaller projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, document, and maintain test cases for software systems
Execute manual and exploratory test sessions
Execute tests and analyze test results
Report test results and identified defects
Interpret test outcomes and report on test progress, risks, and issues
Cooperate closely with analysts, architects, software developers, and service desk teams
Review project and technical documentation
Take on a test lead role in smaller projects

We are looking for:

Strong, practical knowledge of software testing tools
Expert-level skills in test design techniques
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Requirements

Higher education degree
English proficiency at minimum B2 level
5–8 years of experience in a similar testing role
ISTQB Advanced certification or an internationally recognized equivalent
Experience with testing using Azure DevOps Test Plans
Hands-on coding experience in at least one of the following languages:Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or VBS
Hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright or an equivalent framework
Practical experience working with relational databases, including SQL query creation
Experience in testing systems based on data platforms
Experience in testing web service–based application systems
