As a Game Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the core gameplay experience, systems, and features that make our game engaging, strategic, and globally scalable.

We’re looking for a Game Designer to join our team on-site in our Kraków office, located in the historic building of the Old Kraków Train Station. This unique workspace fosters creativity and collaboration, perfectly aligning with the close-knit teamwork we value.

Responsibilities

• Design and balance core gameplay mechanics, systems, and progression loops.
• Create feature specs and documentation for new game systems, events, and content.
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and producers to bring your ideas to life.
• Use data and player feedback to iterate on features and improve retention and monetization.
• Prototype and test new gameplay ideas to validate design choices.
• Own the end-to-end design process for specific features – from ideation to implementation.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game design, preferably in mobile F2P titles.
• A strong understanding of game systems design, balancing, and player psychology.
• Experience creating clear and comprehensive design documentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with development, art, and product teams.
• Familiarity with Unity or other real-time engines (even at a conceptual level).
• Passion for games, systems thinking, and iteration based on real player data.

Nice to have

• Experience with geolocation or social features in mobile games.
• Knowledge of economy design and live ops systems.
