AI Engineer (Conversational AI/LLMs/Agentic)

We're seeking a driven, ambitious and curious AI Engineer to join our team in Poland. This role focuses on low-code/no-code platforms like Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai and Boost.ai to build and configure:

AI Agents (Voice and Digital)
RAG
LLM-based applications
LLM prompts and guardrails
Systems Integration
Business process automation (Agentic)
Workflow orchestration at scale

While not a coding/software engineer role, prior experience with application development or coding is advantageous. Proven expertise in developing LLM-based applications and virtual assistants using LLM technologies is essential.

Your day-to-day role will comprise the following duties and responsibilities:

Designing, building and optimising AI Agents and workflows within industry-leading Agentic, RAG & Conversational AI platforms.
LLM prompting/context engineering.
Reviewing and applying quality assurance best practices on workflows to ensure robustness and scalability of the solution.
Integrating with backend systems and frontend channels via API.
Stakeholder management (interfacing with clients, vendor management and internal team.
Attending customer-facing meetings online (rarely in person).
