What You’ll Do:

🤖 Work on AI Assistant to provide accurate and hallucination-free real-time data

🛸 Expand AI capabilities to become more and more autonomous in analyzing data

✍ Write clean, production-worthy Python code and AI prompts for tools and agents

🖧 Create AI Agents capable of delivering tasks, you’ve had no idea it was capable of

🏆 Work closely with senior engineers and product owners to design and deliver real-world AI solutions

♻ Share your knowledge and experience with interns and juniors

What We’re Looking For:

🔥 Curiosity & Drive: You’re excited to learn, experiment, and grow in the field of machine learning. You know that failure is just a step to success

🧠 Analytical Thinking: You enjoy debugging, understanding data, and solving technical challenges. You can follow someone else’s chain of thought and spot weak points

🎯 Focus on Impact: You care about building things that actually get used and make a difference

Requirements:

🛤 2+ years of professional experience in developing LLM-based application or something similar

🐍 Solid Python programming skills

💻 Solid understanding of basic computer science, like time complexity and parallelism

✍ Hands-on experience with LangChain/Graph and forcing LLMs to do what you want ;-)

🌎 Good both English 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 and Polish 🇵🇱 communication skills (written and spoken)

🌇 Willing to work at least 3 days a week in our Warsaw (Sadyba/Dolny Mokotów) office

Nice to Have:

🩻 Experience with Computer Vision, and CNNs in general

🌎 Exposure to geospatial data (like drone/aerial imagery, orthophotos, satellite data, GIS, etc.)

🧬 AI Applications portfolio
