Ciklum is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As an Enterprise Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project building scalable, secure, and reusable operational platforms for a global fintech company. These systems support business operations, data pipelines, and AI-enabled services for millions of users across multiple asset classes and markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical vision and architecture for business operations systems, applications, and integrations

  • Establish AI architecture principles, including model selection, frameworks, and governance

  • Design reusable AI agents and services for modular and efficient deployment

  • Create blueprints and scalable designs for new business products, services, and processes

  • Develop frameworks and standards for APIs, data pipelines, automation, and AI-driven processes

  • Implement monitoring, observability, and security practices across solutions

  • Lead and mentor the Integration Development Team ensuring high-quality delivery

  • Provide technical guidance to BizOps development squad leads across multiple domains

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Oversee architecture, design, and development of internal and external system integrations

  • Own the lifecycle of integration services and data pipelines ensuring reliability and performance

  • Drive automation, orchestration, and process optimization through data-driven and AI-enabled design

  • Define development standards, code quality guidelines, and review processes

  • Ensure compliance with security, monitoring, and change management frameworks

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, system integration, or related development roles

  • Proven experience designing scalable and secure enterprise-grade applications and integrations

  • Hands-on experience with AI and LLM development including RAG, prompt orchestration, caching strategies, document processing, and latency optimization

  • Experience leading technical teams or managing development squads

  • Strong background in API design, data pipelines, and cloud-based integration platforms

  • Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions including model selection, training, and deployment

  • Solid understanding of security, observability, and data governance best practices

  • Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, data platforms, and integration tools (REST, GraphQL, ETL frameworks, CI/CD pipelines)

  • Experience with BI and analytics environments (Databricks, Tableau, etc.)

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal


Desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms

  • Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Familiarity with data lake and event-driven architectures

  • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks

  • Strong understanding of business process automation and operational systems
