Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Lead to join our team and support the design, configuration, and optimization of HR processes on SAP HANA. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficient HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
System Design & Configuration:
Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
Integration & Optimization:
Integrate SAP HCM with FI and other core SAP modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Drive continuous process improvements and system enhancements.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM-related issues.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of system changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM domain.
Proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA platform.
Familiarity with Polish payroll and HR processes is a plus.
Ability to manage integrations between HCM and FI modules.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
