AI Delivery Manager

Are you ready to take full ownership of AI and Generative AI delivery at scale? For a fast-growing US-based AI startup, we are looking for Senior AI Delivery Managers who can ensure execution excellence, transparency, and predictability across multiple enterprise-grade AI programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI, data science, and GenAI initiatives

• Translate business objectives into structured delivery plans, roadmaps, and milestones

• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, KPIs, and delivery reporting

• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints

• Oversee data workflows and validate outputs using SQL, JSON, and Python

• Coordinate work across data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and software teams

• Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders

• Track budget, capacity, utilisation, and delivery forecasts

• Prepare delivery dashboards and performance insights for leadership

• Define and enforce delivery standards, governance, and quality controls

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project, programme, or service delivery roles

• Proven track record delivering AI, GenAI, LLM, or data-driven projects

• Strong command of Agile and Scrum, with hands-on use of Jira and Confluence

• Practical ability to work with SQL, JSON, and Python for data inspection and validation

• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Background in startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environments

• Fluent English for daily collaboration

  
  

Nice to have:

• Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with BI or data visualisation tools

• Understanding of system architecture and AI fundamentals

• Experience building delivery frameworks or governance models

• Consulting background or certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP
