Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on non-functional quality across end-to-end solutions, including performance, reliability, security, and accessibility. The role combines hands-on testing with driving NFR initiatives in close cooperation with business and technical stakeholders within an Agile/SAFe setup.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Experienced in NFT (Performance tests, Reliability tests, Accessibility tests, Security tests) and NFR implementation as a Driver and Tester who developed NFT and defined NFR's.
- Work closely with Leaders and must have excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills (in English) to drive NFR and NFT agenda in HUB (Solution Train).
- Work with complex solutions from component level to E2E, gather, analyze, develop, implement, handover to responsible people non-functional requirements
- Experieced in ways of working in Agile / SAFe setup
- Analyze and transfer business requirements into Non-Functional Requirements together with stakeholders
- Work closely with Architects, Product Owners and other stakeholders to refine non functional requirements
- Writing Non-Functional Test strategies and reports
- Performance simulations and analysis on Batch/API/GUI levels
Expected competences and knowledge
- Deep knowledge and great experience in non-functional requirements definition and non- functional testing development, organization and implementation in Data area
- Great communication and collaboration skills, both on engineering and management level
- Test automation skills as a complement skill
- Development skills, that preferably stretches outside the QA space
- Basic understanding of system architecture
- Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Continuous performance in relation to CI/CD
- Extensive knowledge of LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk
- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, PDC, Kafka, App Dynamics
- Detailed understanding of user behavior and how to simulate complex combinations of it
Nice to have
- Knowledge of: Big Data concepts, such as Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera/MapR) including streaming technologies, Adobe MA
- Cloud systems (such as AWS, GCP or Azure), Snowflake
- Banking experience
