🏢 Project Context
You will join a Scrum development team (approx. 10 people) developing a mobile application and internet banking services for a commercial client. The project focuses on investment and savings products. Work is organized in 2-week sprints with close cooperation with developers and the test automation team.
Important regarding location and onboarding:
For Lublin residents: Hybrid work in Lublin + business trips to Warsaw (approx. twice a month).
For Warsaw residents: Hybrid work in Warsaw + business trips to Lublin (min. once per quarter).
Onboarding: During the first month (implementation period), more frequent presence in the home office is required.
💼 Your Responsibilities
Manual Testing: Conducting functional, regression, and visual layer (layout) testing of web services and mobile applications.
Documentation: Creating test scenarios, logging results, and reporting bugs using Jira and Confluence.
Collaboration: Working in the Scrum methodology, maintaining ongoing communication with the dev team, and reporting to the Testing Section Manager.
Domain Focus: Verifying the correctness of banking products (investments, savings, OKI).
✅ Key Competencies
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications.
Domain Knowledge (Must Have):
Knowledge of investment and savings products.
Knowledge of the Personal Investment Accounts (OKI) concept.
Knowledge of financial capital and debt instruments.
General knowledge of banking/payments/e-commerce.
Tools: Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Soft Skills: Accuracy, meticulousness, high communication skills.
➕ Nice to have
Knowledge of digital accessibility issues (WCAG) and experience testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
Basic knowledge of Figma / Adobe library.
Experience working in agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
