Senior Agentic AI Engineer (Python, LLM)

Our Client is an international technology organization developing cutting-edge solutions based on generative artificial intelligence. The project focuses on building autonomous AI agents, prompt engineering, and applications leveraging agentic AI in real-world business scenarios. We are looking for an experienced professional who brings a strong engineering background, hands-on expertise with Python and LLMs, and a willingness to collaborate within a global R&D team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, developing, and maintaining autonomous AI agents in Python, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for decision-making and execution of complex tasks

• Creating and optimizing effective prompts for generative models (e.g. GPT) and working with approaches such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Developing frontend and backend applications that consume agentic AI workflows and integrate with external APIs

• Implementing best practices in model evaluation, content processing, and AI deployment pipelines

• Monitoring model performance and analyzing agent behavior in production environments

• Working in an Agile environment: code reviews, estimations, sprint planning, and close collaboration with an international team

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in software engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using LLMs

• Experience in prompt engineering and AI model evaluation

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

• Knowledge of backend architecture, API integrations, and service orchestration

• Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

• English at B2 level (daily collaboration with an international manager and team)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with MCP servers and advanced agentic AI workflows

• Experience with databases and testing frameworks

• Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana)

• Understanding of application security (authorization, authentication, secure coding)

• Experience with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

• Practical experience in Machine Learning or search-related solutions
