What you will bring to the table

Senior Python Proficiency: Extensive experience designing and building complex backend systems and RESTful APIs (beyond simple CRUD)
Workflow Engine Logic: Strong understanding of graph data structures (DAGs) to architect the core logic for parsing and executing visual workflow definitions
Azure Cloud Ecosystem: Proficiency with Azure services, specifically regarding serverless functions, authentication (Azure AD), and secure deployment
AI Integration: Practical experience integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI) and working with AI orchestration concepts (e.g., LangChain/LangFlow)
System Architecture: Ability to design scalable solutions for managing state, asynchronous task processing, and role-based access control
A sense of aesthetics for web design
Very good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken (CEFR B2+)
Business-oriented attitude
A deep concern for usability of the products you work on

Having code versioned with Git (we do code reviews and regularly pay technical debt)
