Java / .NET Support Engineer (L1/L2) – German Speaking

We are urgently hiring Java / .NET Support Engineers (L1 or L2) to support web applications for international customers.This role is ideal for Application Support, Service Desk, or IT Support Engineers who want a fully remote, German-language contract role.

Location: Poland (100% Remote)

Contract Type: B2B / Contract

Openings: Start: ASAP (

Schedule: Shift work between 07:00 – 18:00On-call: ~25% per month

Language: German – minimum B2 (mandatory)


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 application support for Java or .NET–based web applications

  • Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems

  • Perform initial troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution

  • Escalate complex issues to development or higher support levels when required

  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking users

  • Work in shift rotation (07:00–18:00) and participate in on-call duty


Mandatory Requirements

  • German language proficiency – B2 or higher

  • Experience in L1 or L2 support for web applications

  • Hands-on exposure to Java OR .NET applications (support level is sufficient)

  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Zendesk)

  • Availability for shift work and on-call rotation

  • Based in Poland (remote)


Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise or customer-facing applications

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, logs)

  • Previous experience in international support environments
