We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services and streaming technologies and will thrive in an environment that values autonomy and accuracy. This role requires office presence and is subject to strict compliance standards.
This position offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the Krakow office.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python applications leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and streaming platforms such as Kinesis, Kafka, Apache Flink, or AWS Glue
Configure and manage AWS DevOps environments
Integrate additional AWS services, including SNS/SQS, GraphQL, RDS/Aurora, Redshift, IAM, API Gateway, and observability tools like CloudWatch and CloudTrail
Ensure high standards of code quality, accuracy, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
Requirements
Proficiency in Python with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Kinesis, and/or Kafka (or similar technologies such as Apache Flink or AWS Glue)
Expertise in AWS DevOps configuration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Genuine passion for computer programming
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
Nice to have
Familiarity with SNS, SQS, and GraphQL
Experience with RDS or Aurora (Athena is a plus)
Knowledge of Redshift, IAM, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or similar observability tools
