  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with software infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in networking domain and network infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of Dataplane, Control plane, Management Plane and Software Defined Networking (SDN).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GNT and Core engineering teams to develop and articulate long-term strategy and short-term plans, creating roadmaps, engaging teams and engineers, and setting the development pace.
  • Deliver cross-functional projects/programs predictably, ensuring customer value. Manage Core programs that include new NPIs, Core architecture, features/functions to deliver new services by establishing measurable milestones, track deliverables, and deliver incremental customer value.
  • Leverage technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, guide technical proposals, and build consensus across cross-functional teams. Provide a strong quantitative analysis focus and translate the findings into recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Design and implement new processes improvements and facilitate scaling for program teams. 
  • Navigate high levels of ambiguity to drive transformational change and systemic improvements, initiating organizational pivots with minimal disruption while addressing complex, large-scale challenges.
