Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).


As a Senior PMO Analyst – Financial Services Portfolio Management, you will be working for our client, a large international financial services organization delivering complex change and transformation initiatives across multiple portfolios. You will support enterprise-wide programmes by transforming complex project data into clear executive insights, enabling better decision-making and enhanced transparency. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment where precision and continuous improvement are key to success.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Producing portfolio and programme performance reports using advanced Excel capabilities

  • Building and maintaining dashboards to support governance and decision-making

  • Supporting project creation and maintenance within project management tools

  • Analyzing project data to identify risks, issues, and delivery trends

  • Presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders

  • Applying project management frameworks across portfolios and programmes

  • Improving PMO processes and simplifying ways of working

  • Collaborating with programme managers and transformation leads


You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in project or portfolio management or a related field

  • Advanced data analysis skills using Excel including pivot tables and Power Query

  • Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Clarity PPM or MS Project

  • Fluent English communication skills at a business level

  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines

  • Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration


It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes

  • Background working in fast-paced, globally distributed environments


Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent English
