Responsibilities:

Facilitate workshops with business and IT to gather and structure requirements.
Identify root causes, define business value, and propose pragmatic data solutions.
Define user stories, action plans, and follow up on delivery progress with product teams.
Contribute to the definition of Data Quality dashboards, including MVP scope, test plans, and scenarios.
Document data lifecycles, data flows, business processes, and end-to-end value chains.
Share findings and recommendations clearly with stakeholders.
Develop expertise in assigned data domains and provide functional guidance to colleagues.

Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience in Data Governance and Data Management initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical, structuring, and documentation abilities.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.
Good understanding of both business and IT perspectives.
Fluency in English for international collaboration.
University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
