Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on strengthening and maintaining high-quality IT services for a large international banking organization.
The project supports end users by improving operational efficiency, stability of IT environments, and service availability, ensuring smooth daily work across the bank.
Responsibilities you'll have
Providing advanced IT support for end users in a complex corporate environment
Handling incidents, service requests, and problem management in line with ITIL processes
Cooperating with internal IT teams and external vendors
Monitoring service quality and contributing to SLA/KPI improvements
Supporting rollouts, changes, and deployments of IT solutions
Actively identifying areas for process optimization and automation
Expected competences and knowledge
Proven experience in IT Support / IT Operations / Service Desk roles
Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management
Ability to work in an enterprise environment with high security standards
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Experience working with incident, change, and problem management tools
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
