Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

Your mission as a DevOps Lead at SINGU

At SINGU, infrastructure is not “just” infrastructure. It is the backbone that enables our product teams to move fast, stay reliable, and scale globally.

As a DevOps Lead, your mission is to bring order, direction and strategic focus to our Operations domain. You will unify teams working across different products and cloud environments, define a clear roadmap, and raise the bar for reliability, automation, security and cost efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping strategy and seeing it executed in real life. You will work close to engineering, data and QA teams, ensuring that our platforms scale smoothly as SINGU grows internationally.

Your impact will be visible across the entire organization — from faster deployments and more stable systems to better collaboration and a shared operational vision.

Why we open this role?

We are growing — in products, teams and markets. To support this growth, we need a leader who will:

  • Coordinate and align multiple DevOps / Operations teams within the group

  • Define and execute a clear Operations roadmap

  • Make strategic decisions around infrastructure, tooling and standards

  • Ensure scalability, stability and security of our entire platform

In short: we need someone who will own Operations end-to-end and help SINGU scale responsibly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Operations roadmap, aligned with product, platform and data priorities

  • Lead and mentor the Operations / DevOps teams, setting standards for reliability, automation and delivery

  • Ensure stable operations of cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS

  • Own and evolve Kubernetes-based environments supporting application and data workloads

  • Drive automation across infrastructure, deployments and operational processes

  • Define and enforce standards for monitoring, alerting and incident response

  • Partner with Engineering and QA on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and reliability practices

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to support data platforms, pipelines and analytical workloads

  • Actively manage cloud and tooling costs, ensuring efficiency across multi-cloud environment

Who you will work with

  • You will  report directly to the Head of Platform Engineering

  • You will work with engaged and experienced DevOps / Operations engineers across the group

  • Daily collaboration with Platform, Data & Reporting and QA teams

  • You will help connect teams working on different products into one aligned operational ecosystem

International environment

Yes — this is a fully international setup.

  • Teams are currently located in Poland, the UK and Germany, with further expansion planned

  • You will work in a multi-cultural, distributed environment where best practices matter more than location
