Our Client is an international scale-up building an AI-powered growth platform that redefines partnership marketing for global brands. The company has recently won awards for technological innovation and is rapidly expanding its engineering team in Poland.

Your role is:

-> Lead a high-performance team of senior developers, ensuring fast and high-quality feature delivery;

-> Spend the majority of your time coding while also structuring team processes;

-> Integrate AI into development (coding assistance, reviews, monitoring);

-> Drive best practices (clean code, TDD, CI/CD pipelines);

-> Maintain stability, scalability, and performance of the platform.

Your skills and experiences:

-> 7+ years of experience as a software engineer;

-> Proven leadership responsibilities;

-> Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel) and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular);

-> Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL);

-> Experience with REST APIs, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines;

-> Previous exposure to AI-assisted coding or AI-driven architectures is a plus;

-> Excellent English communication skills.
