Proven track record in transformation, innovation, or technology evangelism roles.
Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of change management and the human side of transformation.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact AI use cases across business units.
Translate AI strategy into practical, value-driven solutions and MVPs.
Support the deployment, adoption, and scaling of AI, GenAI, and RPA solutions.
Collaborate with business teams to improve productivity and optimize processes using AI.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful delivery.
